1. Booking & Payment
- A 30% deposit of the total stay is required to confirm your reservation.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Full payment is due before arrival, as indicated in your booking confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation (deposit retained).
- Within 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- No-show or early departure: Full booking amount is charged.
- Date changes: Changes to booking dates may be allowed subject to availability.
3. Guest Responsibility & Safety
- All guests participate in surfing and other activities at their own risk.
- Guests must follow instructions and safety guidelines provided by instructors and staff.
- Imsouane Bergeries is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
- We strongly recommend all guests have adequate travel and health insurance.
